PiERP connects ERP and PiCRM with a customer portal where approved customers can search items, see their prices and available stock, submit sales orders, and track orders or invoices.
Instead of taking orders by email and retyping them into ERP, PiERP lets authorized customer users submit orders through a portal. Orders are created in the ERP workflow and can still follow internal approval rules before release.
Portal ordering can show the customer their listing price or discounted price, plus available inventory. This helps reduce order questions and gives customers a faster way to check what they can buy.
After ordering, customers can check SO status, shipment details, invoice status, tracking numbers, totals and balance due. Your team spends less time answering routine order-status questions.
The portal is not a separate storefront disconnected from operations. It is connected to PiERP customer, item, pricing, inventory, sales order and invoice data so customer activity lands where the operations team works.
Yes. Approved portal customers can submit new sales orders, and those orders enter the ERP sales order workflow for internal processing and approval.
Yes. PiERP can show listing price or customer-discounted pricing based on customer settings.
Yes. The customer portal can show invoice status, totals, balance due, shipment and tracking information.
